MIXING Sprinkle 1 Kg ASCOFILL slowly into 0.35 L of clean water, stirring constantly until a smooth paste like consistency is achieved. APPLICATION I Open the cracks in form a “V” groove with saw cut or chiseled. The grooves should be cleaned with blower. Cracks and holes should be sprinkled with clean water before applying ASCOFILL. II Fill the cracks and holes using a scraper or putty knife. III Apply to a depth, not exceeding 6 mm. For deeper cracks, holes, apply in 6 mm layers after each layer has been allowed to dry. IV Even out the crack ller level with the surrounding surface. V Allow to dry for at least 4 hours (drying times may be longer in cold or wet weather) before sanding, drilling or painting. Apply an ASCOFLEX II as undercoat before painting. CURING Curing is essential for all cementitious products to prevent possible shrinkage cracks and ensure, the performance characteristics of the product are achieved
