Description Dr. Fixit Eautite is a ready-to-use; liquid-applied elastomeric water based waterproof coating. That cures to form a monolithic membrane designed for wet areas under tiled finish application. Being a 1K liquid applied coating, it reduces mixing errors and saves time due to excellent flow properties and thereby easy application with roller or brush. Features } Ready to use straight from the pail } Flexible, has crack bridging ability } High bond strength to a variety of substrates and building materials } Bonds to clean metal drains, PVC, and ABS drain assemblies } Liquid applied membrane, can be applied with roller, brush } Non-toxic, Provides a seamless coating Method of Application 1 GENERAL SURFACE PREPARATION } Surface must be clean, dry and in sound condition to ensure adequate adhesion. } To aid in adhesion on a concrete or screeded surface, the smoothness of substrate should be at least the equivalent to that of a wood float or light broom finish } Remove all oil, grease, dust, loose particles and other foreign material. } Fill all cracks, voids and bug-holes with an appropriate Crack Filler. } Any surface defects should be repaired prior to application of membrane. } Metal and PVC fitting and trims must be primed with Dr. Fixit Eautite to provide good bond. } Grind the, smooth finishing of wall and slab and make it rough to receive the coating } All junction of drywall subject to movement shall be first sealed with Dr. Fixit PU Sealant } All new concrete slabs must have a wood float finish and be allowed to cure for at least 6 weeks. } Required to provide fillet at all vertical and horizontal transition of size to 50 mm x 50 mm with cement and sand mortar screed admixed with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP 10 % by weight of cement } Cracks due to shrinkage should be repaired with polymer modified mortar. 2 BONDING TO LIGHTWEIGHT CEMENT AND GYPSUM SURFACES } Lightweight or gypsum-based materials must obtain a minimum 14 MPa compressive strength at the recommended cure time. Surfaces to be covered must be clean, dry, and structurally sound. } All pre/fabricated joints, screw / nail heads must be sealed with Dr. Fixit GPS a one-part, acetoxy silicone sealant. 

Nitoproof 600PF is used to provide continuous, seamless, water and vapour proof membrane for concrete. Typical applications will include roofs, podiums, balconies, planters, floor slabs, suspended floors, patios, bathrooms, inspection pits, swimming pools, bridge decks, foundations, basements and tunnels. Specification clauses Supplier specification Where shown on the drawings, the liquid applied, elastomeric polyurethane waterproof membrane shall be Nitoproof 600PF obtained from Fosroc. It shall be used in accordance with the manufacturer's current application instructions. Performance Specification The liquid applied, elastomeric waterproofing membrane, where shown on the drawings, shall be made of hydrocarbon free polyurethane. The membrane when cured shall be capable of an extension of not less than 600%. Its tensile strength shall exceed 1.9 N/mm² and the water vapour transmissions shall be less than 1g/m²/24 hour. It shall be used in accordance with the methods given in the manufacturer's data sheet. Application instructions Preparation All surfaces to be waterproofed should be clean, sound and dry. Priming of good quality, dense concrete is not necessary. For absorbent surfaces such as porous concrete a mixture of 1 part Nitoproof 600PF and 2-4 parts xylene, dependent on porosity of substrate, is used to seal the surface. Cracks Shrinkage and non-moving cracks should be pre-retreated with not less than 1.5 mm coating of Nitoproof 600PF extending 75mm either side of the crack. Allow to cure before general application. Right Angle Bends All critical right angle bends must have a minimum 25 x 25mm angle fillet installed prior to application of Nitoproof 600PF. All angle joints, protrusions and stress points should be pre-treated with heavy application of Nitoproof 600PF extending 50-100mm either side of the detail. Any pretreated areas must be cured overnight before general application of the membrane.

Colourless silicone water repellent Uses Nitocote SN522 water repellent, is used to provide water repellent surface with improved self cleaning properties on exterior building - brick work, concrete, cement rendering, natural or cast stone. Helps in reducing efflorescence due to soluble salts in brickwork. Advantages    causes degradation and absorption of atmospheric dirt by brickwork, concrete and stone are all minimised. Application instructions Preparation Surfaces should be dry, although slight dampness is not detrimental. Surface to be treated should be free from oil, grease, loose particles, decayed matter and moss or algae growth. For this, cleaning with Reebaklens is recommended. Joints in brickwork should be sound. If not should be raked and redone with cements/sand mortar using Conplast X421IC waterproofing compound. Coating Apply Nitocote SN522 water repellent evenly by spraying or brushing. Ensure an even coat over the entire surface. Porous surface should be well saturated with a two coat application. Decorating Decorative coatings can be applied to surfaces previously treated with Nitocote SN522 water repellent. Water based cement or emulsion paints should not be applied on coated areas. They can be applied before coating the surface with Nitocote SN522 water repellent coating. Cleaning Brushes and equipment should be cleaned with Nitoflor Sol immediately after use. Auracast 405 is a unique combination of new generation super plasticizer based on polycarboxilic ether polymer with long lateral chain. Electrostatic dispersion mechanism considerably reduces the water demand in fl owable concrete. It is supplied as a light brown liquid, instantly dispersible in water. Auracast 405 disperses the cement particles effectively in the concrete mix and hence exposes a larger surface area to the hydration process. This effect is used either to increase the strength or to produce high workability concrete or reduce cement content of concrete or to retard the setting time of concrete.

MASTER LATEX is a single component emulsion of styrene butadiene co-polymer based latex, specially developed to improve the properties of cementitious compositions. MASTER LATEX when used in combination with standard quality of ordinary Portland cement enhances the mechanical properties such as bonding (adhesion) with various building materials, flexurals, compression and impact strength. MASTER LATEX improves the thin section fragility of cement when used as coating. It is resistant to hydrolysis hence can be used for external applications too

Dr. Fixit Curing Compound is composed of synthetic emulsions, white pigments, fine fillers & additives. On drying it forms a temporary membrane, which allows the concrete to retain sufficient water for optimum curing of 28 days. After 28 days, curing compound dissipates itself from the concrete surface hence
