“MAGNICRETE MAGNIGROUT” is General Purpose High Strength Cement based grouting material designed to transfer load effectively, ensuring grouting precision and durability of structure. “MAGNIGROUT” inhibits corrosion of embedded steel and imparts high initial and ultimate flexural and compressive strength. HIGH STRENGTH, NON-SHRINK CEMENTITIOUS GROUT “MAGNIGROUT” has been carefully developed to optimum performance, even in the toughest applications along with unparalleled ease of application. It provides long life expectancy and maintains the rigid equipment to foundation connections which is necessary to meet demanding installation requirements. “MAGNIGROUT” complies and exceeds the guidelines provided in ASTM C 1107/ C1107M and EN 1504-3 Class R4  

Uses ! To provide excellent acceleration of strength gain at early ages and major increases in strength at all ages by significantly reducing water demand in a concrete mix. ! Standards compliance Conplast SP430 conforms with BS 5075, BS:EN 934-2 and with ASTM C494 as Type A and Type F, depending on dosage used. Description Conplast SP430 is a chloride free, superplasticising admixture based on selected sulphonated napthalene polymers. It is supplied as a brown solution which instantly disperses in water. Conplast SP430 disperses the fine particles in the concrete mix, enabling the water content of the concrete to perform more effectively. The very high levels of water reduction possible allow major increases in strength to be obtained

Conplast SP500 Compatibility : Can be used with all types of cements except high alumina cement. Conplast SP500 is compatible with other types of Fosroc admixtures when added separately to the mix. Site trials should be carried out to optimise dosages. Workability : Can be used to produce fl owing concrete that requires no compaction. Some minor adjustments may be required to produce high workable mix without segregation. Cohesion : Cohesion is improved due to dispersion of cement particles thus minimising segregation and improving surface fi nish. Compressive strength : Early strength is increased upto 40% if water reduction is taken advantage of. Generally, there is improvement in strength upto 20% depending upon W/C ratio and other mix parameters. Durability : Reduction in W/C ratio enables increase in density and impermeability thus enhancing durability of concrete. Application instructions Dosage Trials need to be carried out at site to determine the exact dosage of the admixture for the particular mix design and materials. However for normal grades of concrete a dosage from 0.5% - 1.0% by weight of cementitious material is recommended, the dosage may be increased to 1.5% to achieve specifi c slump requirements. For microsilica concrete where a high amount of water reduction and slump retention are required, trials need to be carried out to arrive at the correct dosage, as the dosage may increase upto 2.0% or even upto 2.5% by weight of cementitious material depending on mix design and performance required. Use at other dosages Dosages outside the typical ranges quoted above can be used to meet particular requirements. Contact Fosroc for advice. Overdosage An overdose of above the recommended level of admixture may result in high workability, slight increase in air entrainment and retardation of setting time. The ultimate strength of the concrete will not be adversely aff ected and will generally be higher than for normal concrete if properly placed and cured. Dispensing The measured quantity of Conplast SP500 should be added along with the gauging water. For best results, add Conplast SP500 in the last phase after prewetting the mix with 80% of the total water required.

Electrostatic dispersion mechanism considerably reduces the water demand in fl owable concrete. It is supplied as a light brown liquid, instantly dispersible in water. Auramix 350 DIS disperses the cement particles eff ectively in the concrete mix and hence exposes a larger surface area to the hydration process. This eff ect is used either to increase Auramix 350 DIS the strength or to produce high workability concrete or reduce cement content of concrete or to retard the setting time of concrete. However the normal dosage ranges between 0.3 to 1.3 precent by weight of total cement or binder content. Dosage beyond Limits: Dosage beyond limits can be used to meet particular mix requirements in consultation with Fosroc technical department. Effect of over dosage: Over dosage may cause delay in setting and segregation. Estimating Packaging: Auramix 350 DIS is available in 200 kg, 250kg and bulk Storage Auramix 350 DIS has a minimum shelf life of 12 months provided the temperature is kept within range of 20C and 50C.
