Packaging 500 gm, 1 kg & 200 kg Method of Application 1 SURFACE PREPARATION } Clean the surfaces thoroughly, it should be free from oil, grease, dust, dirt, fungus and moss. } Thorough wire brushing followed by sanding with emery paper is recommended. } Remove the existing paint, neroo or instant lime, etc. while treating internal damp walls. 2 MIXING } Stir the Base and Hardener thoroughly in their individual packs to achieve the uniform consistency. } Pour the Base part in appropriate container followed by the Hardener part and mix them thoroughly to a homogeneous smooth paste. } Dilute the mixed compound with water (In ratio of 1 part Base: 1 part Hardener: 1 part water) by slow addition and mix it thoroughly to get a brushable consistency. 3 APPLICATION Damproofing of RCC water tanks } Fill the cracks & grooves with Dr. Fixit Dampguard Classic and cement modified putty & allow it to dry for at least 24 hours.

It has excellent flexibility, breathability, water & dust resistance, crack-bridging, weathering durability and an excellent resistance to the growth of micro organisms.

Description: Dr. Fixit Krystalline is a cementitious, brush applied, waterproofing treatment for concrete. When it is mixed with water & applied to concrete, it penetrates into the concrete mass protecting against the passage of water. Dr. Fixit Krystalline reacts chemically to form billions of needles like crystals which block the pores, voids & micro cracks in concrete. Pre saturation & subsequent re-wetting of the surface will cause deeper diffusion of the organic chemicals & formation of crystals at greater depth. It may take from seven days to one month to reach its maximum waterproofing capability, depending on the thickness of concrete. Environmental factors such as ambient temperature, density of concrete, moisture present & weather conditions all can affect the timing of sealing process. Under dry conditions, Dr. Fixit Krystalline lies dormant. However it becomes reactive whenever it is re-exposed to moisture. Dr. Fixit Krystalline contains active waterproofing chemicals which react with moisture and anhydrates cement in the concrete, creating insoluble crystalline complexes which seal the capillaries and minor shrinkage cracks. They penetrate even against strong hydrostatic pressure, becoming an integral part of the concrete. The waterproofing chemicals remain active for the life of the structure, permanently sealing it from water penetration.
