It’s a single-component thixotropic thin-bed fixing and jointing block grip adhesive. It contains anaggregate ratio of graded inert sand with cement and polymers for applications as a bond-grippingmaterial in civil construction works. It is recommended for fixing and jointing AAC blocks, ALC blocks,cement mortar blocks, cellular concrete blocks, fly ash bricks and composite cement blocks.

🛠️ Installation Tips

1. Select the Right Size: Choose a backer rod diameter slightly larger than the joint width to ensure a snug fit.

2. Clean the Joint: Remove any debris, dust, or old sealant from the joint.

3. Insert the Backer Rod: Use a blunt tool to gently press the rod into the joint to the desired depth.

4. Apply Sealant: After placing the backer rod, apply the sealant over it, ensuring proper adhesion to the joint sides.​H-B

Techfloor-Mortar is a three pack, solvent free epoxy resin system. In hardened, condition Techfloor Mortar gives excellent hardness, abrasion resistance & chemical resistance. BM Coat – 6015  / BM PRIME SBD41 is a Rubber Modified Bitumen Emulsion Coating. After the field has been emulsified, the water evaporates and the emulsifier with traces of bitumen in the surface dries to form a tough, seamless, flexible water proof coating.
