 DESCRIPTION TECHCRYST 2K SUPER STRONG is a two-component, solvent-free impregnation sealing system, consisting of a modified, chloride-free mineral powder and a styrene-butadiene-dispersion. It is permanently stable, impermeable to water pressure and also acts as a vapour barrier. TYPICAL APPLICATIONS It bonds extremely well on these grounds. Techcryst 2K Super Strong is particularly suitable for basements, water tanks, swimming pools, lifts fits in buildings and for building sealing like cellar brickwork in combination with bitumen thick coating as well as belated inside sealing. Techcryst 2K Super Strong is also sealing areas on solid, mineral and gypsum-free grounds from the negative waterside. Techcryst 2K Super Strong can be applied on grounds made of concrete, masonry and cement plaster.1. PERPARATION OF SUBSTRATE The surface must be solid, supportive, gypsum free, absorbent and mostly level. Areas soiled with oil, grease or other separating layers have to be cleaned. Edges and arises have to be broken; grooves have to be made workman like using Repair Mortar. Lime plaster has to be removed (knocked off). When salt efflorescence becomes visible the surface has to be treated with Salt Guard. When applied in combination with Salt Guard, it can take pH upto 2 and temperature resistance upto 150OC. Before applying Techcryst 2K Super Strong the substrate has to be pre-wetted thoroughly in order to achieve a slightly (not shiny) humid surface. Puddles have to be removed. For indoor sealing a primer of water and SBR LATEX 1:1 is suitable to use before applying Techcryst 2K Super Strong.

RITECRETE 300 is an acrylic base multipurpose latex. It is acrylic based polymer modified cementitious, tough, flexible and hard wearing coating system with water resistance property. It is a white liquid acrylic polymer for coating, bonding agent and repair. It is economical system, non-corrosive to mild chemical attack.

TECHREPEL WB is a single component silicone based clear water repellent available in water based (WB) grade. Techrepel WB is recommended for a “Hydrophobisation” (water repellency) of facades.  Damage to façade is always due to moisture, rain and surface water. Salt water damage occurs in porous building materials, only when moisture is present. The sources of saltation are deicing salts, rising dampness and reaction between the binder used in façade materials and paints. In addition to that, building materials have an inherent salt content. The moisture transports this salts to the surface of the substrate where it crystallizes out. Salts are not only deposited on the surface but it also causes hydration and crystallization pressure. This built up finally led to embrittlement and crumbling away of the surface. Acid rain i.e. sulphuric acid is a by product in the form of sulphur dioxide by burning of industrial fuels, bound to particle of dust and droplets of water, and is the primary cause for corrosion. Sulphuric acid reacts with the carbonates, the binder in mortars, lime washes, concrete, stones etc. The resultant formation is gypsum, which has a greater volume and generates bursting forces.  Attack by moss and microorganisms such as fungi and algae, which are the consequences of protected wetting of façade surfaces. The mentioned facade damages can be diminished by impregnation with water repellant agents. The main aim of this is to form “hydrophobic” or dry zone on the surface. The dry zones are not ideal for biotopes mosses, fungi, algae.  The silicon molecules of Techrepel WB do not clog the pores and so the surface retains its permeability to water vapour and “breathes”. Therefore treated buildings do not suffer from condensation damage. Buildings treated with Techrepel WB may absorb very little water and can release it again readily in dryer conditions.

Nisiwa-SH Silicone based, ready to use, colourless, hydrophobic impregnation with deep penetrating property Application Notes General Nisiwa-SH is a silicone based, ready to use, colorless hydrophobic impregnating coating with deep penetrating properties. Nisiwa-SH protects the exterior masonry reliably against the penetration of moisture to interiors despite pelting rains. Through this process of prevention of transfer of moisture to interiors, an efficient waterproofing and damp proofing is obtained during spring as well as winter seasons. Nisiwa-SH does not affect the breathing capacity of impregnated surfaces. It is suitable for application on almost all types of common building materials. It is suitable for porous substrates as well as substrates with a slight absorption properties. Instructions for use Preparation of base The substrate must be sound, dry and free from other contamination. Plasters should be at least 14 days old. The cracks and other defective spots in the bases should be rectified before application of Nisiwa-SH. Handling Nisiwa-SH can be applied by means of soft brushes or by spraying. Only one coat of sufficient material per application is enough to achieve an excellent impregnation. While using spray application it is suggested to also cover the neighboring areas, including those that are not to be impregnated. In case of bases exhibiting high absorptive tendencies two coats are necessary for achieving good impregnation. When glazed, sintered or non-absorptive surfaces are to be impregnated, a preliminary trial should be carried out to check the efficiency of the application. It is also recommended to run preliminary trials where there is a possibility of strong dusting on impregnated surfaces during the process of application or when the coat is wet. Consumption The consumption of Nisiwa-SH depends upon the quality and absorptive capacity of the surfaces to be impregnated. Approximately the consumption is in the range of 150 gms/m2 per coat. If a second coat of Nisiwa-SH is necessary, it should be ensured that the prior coat of Nisiwa-SH should be thoroughly dry. CICO NO.3 CICO NO.3 is high versatile free flowing colorless concrete additives in liquid form. It is used as quick setting cum rapid hardening admixture for concrete and plaster. This is also used as Antifreeze/deicing compound for plain concrete in sub zero climatic conditions. USES CICO NO.3 is used in underground basement, tunnels, emergency repair and stop huge ingress of water through structures, such as swimming pool, water treatment plant, reservoir etc. CICO No.3 is also used for execution of underground waterproofing work which restricts the water ingress for final waterproofing treatment. It is also used in factory for emergency repair during short duration of shutdown. CICO No.3 is used for pointing of leaky joints. For stopping minor leakages and dampness only cement and CICO solution are mixed thoroughly to prepare consistency and applied on the surface immediately. Apply ShaliPoxy® CTE 103 I direct to metal immediately after blasting or prime surface with any epoxy primer. We recommend ShaliPrime® Zn Ph 60. Allow the primer to touch dry. • Apply first coat of ShaliPoxy® CTE 103 I on the prepared surface by brush / roller /spray. • Allow it to touch dry as per our technical data sheet (depending on ambient condition) • The 2nd coat, if required should be applied only after the first coat has dried (4 - 7 hours) at 30°C. If the application of the 2nd coat is delayed by 16 hours, wipe with a suitable solvent before application. • In case of airless spray, use standard equipment having pump ratio of 60:1 or higher, tip size of 0.58 - 0.88 mm and tip pressure 210 - 250 kg / cm2.
