Conbextra EP10(M) is a two part epoxy resin system for grouting gaps ranging from 0.25mm to 9mm. It is an all liquid system consisting of a base and hardener. Pot life Ambient temperature affects the time for which bulk material will remain fl uid. Typical values in minutes are : 200C 300C Conbextra EP10(M) 60 30 Conbextra EP10(M) Exotherm All epoxy systems will develop a temperature rise on mixing. Its extent will be a function of the volume to surface ratio, the ambient temperature as well as the mass and thermal conductivity of the surrounding materials. Contact Fosroc for specifi c data on each product. Application instructions Prepare the surface and seal the cracks with a sealing compound which can also be used for bonding injection nipples. Depending on the crack width and depth the distance between nipples should be 200 to 500 mm. Mixing and placing Pour all the contents of the hardener pack into the base container. Mix using a slow speed power mixer for 60 seconds. Use a suitable pressure pump for injecting the material into cracks. After 24 hours remove the nipples and seal the holes or voids with more sealing the compound and allow to cure. For fi lling cracks of more than 10mm and using as an epoxy mortar Conbextra EP10(M) has to be mixed with clean graded quartz sand from 1:3 to 1:6 parts by weight depending on the consistency required. Mixing can be done with a paddle fi tted to a drilling machine. Typical propertes are as follows : Compressive strength (N/mm2 ) @ 7 days : 50 Tensile strength ( N/mm2 ) : 3 - 4 Flexural strength ( N/mm2 ) : 10 Cleaning All tools and equipment should be cleaned immediately after use with Nitofl or Sol. Spillages should be absorbed with sand or sawdust and disposed in accordance with local regulations.

Due to its low viscosity, Conbextra EP10 penetrates deeply into cracks and cavities to form a permanent seal with high strength properties. It is an all liquid system consisting of base and hardener; the components are supplied in the correct mix proportions designed for whole pack mixing on site.

Mastergrout CNS 50M is a specially formulated cementitious grout which has excellent shrinkage resistance and free flowing properties suitable for machine foundations. Cebex 100 is an admixture for cementitious grouts where a reduced water/cement ratio and positive expansion is required. Applications include bed grouting, duct grouting, non-shrink infilling and jointing. Advantages ! Gaseous expansion system compensates for plastic shrinkage and settlement in properly designed cementitious grout. ! Reduced water/cement ratio mixes in the grout mix ensures low permeability and long term durability in service. ! Standards compliance Cebex 100 is a suitable pre-stressing grout admixture when complying with BS 8110 Part 1, 1985, section 8.9.4.6. Description Cebex 100 is supplied as a powder admixture. The material is a combination of a plasticising agent and a gas producing expansion medium. The plasticising agent allows the use of a reduced water/cement ratio with consequent increased strengths and durability. The expansive medium counteracts the natural settlement and plastic shrinkage of the grout and aids stability and cohesion. Sufficient restrained expansion is developed to ensure a high degree of interfacial contact.

UltraTech Power Grout HS1 Normal & Flowable
It is recommended for grouting with design strenth of 100 MPa for foundation bace plates , machine foundations and beds which demand high early strenght , as barrier  material for strong rooms and vaults

General purpose, high flow, Class A shrinkage compensated grout - (gaps 10mm to 100mm thickness) Uses Conbextra GP is used for general purpose grouting where it is essential to eliminate shrinkage when completely filling voids or grouting between a base plate and substrate, e.g. the grouting of a stanchion base plate. It can also be used for anchoring a wide range of fixings such as masts and anchor bolts. Description Conbextra GP is a shrinkage compensated (non-shrink) cementitious grout, supplied as a ready to use dry powder. The addition of a controlled amount of clean water produces a flowing grout for gap thicknesses from 10mm up to 100mm. Conbextra GP has graded fillers and chemical additives which impart controlled expansion in the plastic state whilst minimising water demand. The low water demand ensures high early strength. Conbextra GP is not hazardous in accordance with Australian Inventory of Industrial Chemicals. Contains <0.1% RCS. Maximum aggregrate size for pumping is 0.7mm.
