Description Concure WB water based concrete curing compound is based on a low viscosity wax emulsion. It is supplied as a white emulsion which forms a clear film on drying. When first applied to a fresh cementitious surface the emulsion breaks to form a continuous, non-penetrating white coating. This dries to form a continuous clear film which provides a barrier to moisture loss, ensuring more efficient cement hydration, improved durability and reduced shrinkage. Concure WB is also available in a white pigmented version. It contains a white pigment based on titanium dioxide to meet specifications requiring such pigmentation for reduction of solar temperature gain.

Decofill acrylic sealant is a white acrylic based gap filler in paste form for application from a cartridge. It is very quick and easy to apply and can be finished or smoothed off with a spatula or a damp sponge. It sets quickly on application and will accept paint or wallpaper finishes. Typical uses for Decofill acrylic sealant are gaps between skirtings, window and door frames, fitted furniture units and ceiling cornices and adjacent plaster work. Where replacement windows are installed Decofill acrylic sealant can be used to make good between new frames and interior plaster work

Applied surfaces can be easily identified due to white pigment. Only single coat is sufficient for complete curing process eliminating the water curing. FAIRCURE WC works on impregnation technology so after application need not to remove the same . After 24 hours of drying ,the surface can be paintable, can do cement/gypsum plaster on the surface where FAIRCURE WC applied. At the time of spraying, nozzle of spray should be held approximately 450 mm from the concrete surface and should be sprayed evenly on the concrete surface. After spraying, no further application of water or other material is necessary to ensure further curing. When used as a curing aid, apply to edges after forms are removed under the conditions of excessive heat or drying wind, polythene, sheet may be used to cover the surface after application of FAIRCURE WC. SPECIAL NOTES n Do not dilute FAIRCURE WC n Do not use sprayers, which have been used to spray silicones or release agents n When applying, leave no dry spots in order to have homogenous performance. Cracks if present shall be sealed/repaired with CRACKSEAL. Stirring should be done during application. Mixing : WATERGUARD A should preferably be mixed mechanically by using an electrical drill with paddle attachment. Pour the liquid polymer in the container first and add powder slowly while mixing continuously until an even homogeneous mix is obtained. Application : The prepared surface must be thoroughly wetted with water for absorption and excess water to be removed. WATERGUARD A must be applied in 2-3 uniform coats. Mixed WATERGUARD A will remain brushable for 20 minutes @35ºC. Apply second or subsequent coats after previous coat has dried. Mixing in small quantities is recommended. For moderate & heavy load areas minimum 2mm thickness coating is recommended. Cleaning :All tools must be cleaned with water immediately after use. Hardened material should be removed mechanically. Curing: After application it is essential to cure WATERGUARD A applied surface for minimum of 3-5 days for full cure and minimize cracking. PACKING & COVERAGE Packing Coverage 18kg powder + 10 ltr. liquid 16.5m² to 25m² 9kg powder + 5 ltr. liquid 8.25m² to 12.5m² 0.81kg powder + 0.45 ltr. liquid 0.75m² to 1.15m² Two or three coats are recommended.

It is an elastic membrane forming material based on acrylic polymers and selected mineral fillers. EmceconcreteGuard is water based and therefore retains the breathing capacity of concrete Advantage The product has low water Vapour diffusion and high resistance to diffusion of carbon dioxide. The coating acts as protection against carbonation of concrete or other cementitious facades / elements. The most important characteristic of Emceconcrete-Guard is that it has crack bridging properties, which can be taken advantage of in case of repair and protection to cracked facades, exhibiting hairline and shrinkage cracks Surface Preparation A primer coat of Emceconcrete-Guard Primer is required for adhesion and sealing of the surface. Emceconcrete-Guard is supplied in white color. Some shades can be made available for large surface areas. Pigments and color stains can be added to obtain different decorative shades. Two coats are normally recommended under usual conditions. More coats offer higher degree of protection and better crack bridging properties. Surface preparation should be conducted as per painting rules. Surfaces should be free from oils and fats for better bonding. The surface to be coated must comply with the principles of building construction and should fulfill structural requirements. The surface should be firm, clean, and free from fats, oil, grease, dust or any other contamination Fine cracks of this kind are often detectable only in the presence of moisture so dampen surface before examining dry facades. Such hairline cracks and fine shrinkage cracks are generally to be found on the surfaces only. By application of additional coats of Emceconcrete-Guard, the crack bridging ability of the system can be increased as crack-bridging is a function of the thickness of the coats involved Flaky old paintwork must be completely removed. Smoothen the base with mortar or Nafuquick readymade mortar. Unpainted surfaces should be primed with Emceconcrete-Guard Primer, consumption 7-8m2 / L i t /per-2-Coat-Subsequent coats of Emceconcrete-Guard can be applied by roller, brush or spraying in two coats at a consumption of 6 - 7 m2 /Lit/Coat for a thickness of 100 to 120 microns. USES CEMSCREED HM (F) is used for repairing of column having major loss of section, repairs requiring high fluidity, repairs requiring significant levels of load bearing. DESCRIPTION CEMSCREED HM (F) is supplied as a ready-to-use, blend of dry powders which requires only site addition of water to produce a free flowing, non-shrink repair micro concrete. The materials is based on Portland cement, graded aggregates, fillers and additives which impart controlled expansion characteristics in the plastic stage while minimising water demand. The low water requirement ensures high early strength and long-term durability. For larger repairs, mixed CEMSCREED HM (F) can be modified by the addition of 12 mm clean, graded, saturated, surface dry aggregates at site. PROPERTIES Expansion (unrestrained) : 0.8 - 1.5% by volume Fresh wet density : 2200 kg/m³ The following test results were obtained at different water/powder ratio. APPLICATION Surface Preparation : The unrestrained surface of the repair should be kept to a minimum. Defective concrete surface should be cut back to a sound base. Smooth surface should be mechanically roughed. Corroded reinforcement should be exposed around its full circumference and remove all loose scale and corrosion deposits. Application : Apply one coat of SAFECORE R to the exposed reinforcement. If any discontinuity in the applied film is noticed, one more coat has to be applied. The concrete substrates should be saturated with water, prior to immediate placing. Free water should be removed priming the substrate using FAIRBOND EP, a slow setting epoxy bonding aid, should be applied on dry substrate. Formwork : Formwork should be leak-proof when subjected to hydraulic pressure imposed by the micro concrete. Provision should be made for air vents to prevent air entrapment, drainage outlets for presoaking. Formwork should be coated with SETRELEASE, mould releasing agent prior to fixing. Mixing And Placing : Care should be taken to ensure that CEMSCREED HM (F) is thoroughly mixed in suitably sized drum with a torque (400-500 RPM) rotary drill fitted with a mixing paddle. The addition of graded aggregate where specified should be added after the water and CEMSCREED HM (F) should beproperly mixed. Placing : The mixed material should be placed immediately. If placed by pump, standard concrete pumping should be followed. Curing : Curing should start within 2 hours and minimum curing time should be same as that for concrete (7 days) as a cementitious material. Low Temperature : In cold conditions down to 15 ºC, the use of warm water (up to 30 ºC) is advisable to accelerate strength development.
