Standards compliance Concure WB gives 75% or greater curing efficiency when tested to BS 7542 and complies with BS 8110 Part 1, clause 6.6.3(c), ASTM C309 and AASHTO M148 as Type 1D. Description Concure WB water based concrete curing compound is based on a low viscosity wax emulsion. It is supplied as a white emulsion which forms a clear film on drying. When first applied to a fresh cementitious surface the emulsion breaks to form a continuous, non-penetrating white coating. This dries to form a continuous clear film which provides a barrier to moisture loss, ensuring more efficient cement hydration, improved durability and reduced shrinkage. Concure WB is also available in a white pigmented version. It contains a white pigment based on titanium dioxide to meet specifications requiring such pigmentation for reduction of solar temperature gain.

The gun grade is ideal for general application. It is packed in a ready to mix, 2.5 litre tin containing the base and curing agent in the correct proportions. The pouring grade for joints in horizontal surfaces is supplied in 5 litre packs with the base and curing agent in separate tins. Thioflex 600 is particularly recommended for use in high-rise buildings and other applications where access for subsequent maintenance will be difficult and the risk of early movement failure must be minimised. It is also suitable for sealing joints in brickwork, retaining walls, basements and subways. Thioflex 600 pouring grade is recommended for initial sealing of expansion joints and stress relief joints in floors and sealing other horizontal surfaces. Design criteria Thioflex 600 may be applied to joints between 5 and 50 mm wide. Joints which are expected to experience cyclic movements should be designed to an optimum width : depth ratio of 2:1, subject to the overriding recommended minimum sealant depths set out below: 5 mm for metals, glass and other non-porous surfaces; 10 mm for all porous surfaces; 20 mm for trafficked joints and those subject to hydrostatic pressures. To ensure that the sealant remains within its stated movement capacity (25% MAF), sealing slot widths should be designed in accordance with the recommendations of BS 6093. The use of a surface primer is always required on porous surfaces. On non-porous surfaces a primer is not normally required except where glass or glazed surfaces are to be permanently immersed in water.

Decofill acrylic sealant is a white acrylic based gap filler in paste form for application from a cartridge. It is very quick and easy to apply and can be finished or smoothed off with a spatula or a damp sponge. It sets quickly on application and will accept paint or wallpaper finishes. Typical uses for Decofill acrylic sealant are gaps between skirtings, window and door frames, fitted furniture units and ceiling cornices and adjacent plaster work. Where replacement windows are installed Decofill acrylic sealant can be used to make good between new frames and interior plaster work

Grout should be well compacted in to the joints. Remove surplus material by using a dry cloth and level the profile by using rounded tool. SPECIAL NOTES Grouting should commence only after the tile adhesive has dried completely.  Joint must be clean, dry and free from dust or any loose material like tile adhesive. Use the wet grout within the pot life. When the grout is in semi dry condition, polish tiles with sponge

Dr. Fixit Prebond membrane is a preformed HDPE fully bonded membrane that bonds to the wet concrete cast on the membrane. After the membrane bonds with the concrete it forms an integral seal which prevents lateral water migration and makes it unaffected by any substrate settlement below the slabs. Reinforcement can be directly laid on top of the membrane and it does not require screed protection. Dr. Fixit Prebond is a unique HDPE membrane comprising of a virgin HDPE layer and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer which is covered by a weather proof protective layer. The adhesive layer is activated when the concrete is poured on the membrane and it enables the membrane bond to underside of the concrete which prevents the ingress of water into the structure as well as prevents tracking of water between the membrane and the structure and provide a positive side protection against ingress of sub soil water. Dr. Fixit Prebond can be used for horizontal as well as vertical blind side application.

COAL TAR EPOXY 4 is a high build two pack waterproofing and anticorrosive system based upon epoxy resin, coal tar and amine curing agents specially chosen for their ability to withstand high degrees of corrosion and also for mild chemical attacks. 

MASTERPLAST RTPL-5 is a concrete set retarding and water reducing admixture. On addition to concrete it disperses the cement particles i.e. enhances the workability and also delays the set rate of concrete. This is chloride free and does not affect the concrete. Cold Applied, Self - Adhesive with PE finish waterproofing membrane S-PI-001 Rev.EN00 16 Nov, 2020 P 1/3 Description: Dr. Fixit Self Adhesive 1.5mm is bitumen modified with elastomeric based on astatic polypropylene, isotactic polypropylene, synthetic rubber and stabilizing aggregate fillers. It is UV rays resistant and Excellence adhesion to primed concrete substrates. Dr. Fixit Self Adhesive 1.5mm was reinforced with a non-woven polyester mat with PE finish. Under side surface is silicone film easily removable during appreciation. It is selvage provides excellent adhesion at overlaps and ensures the continuity of the waterproofing membrane system. Surface preparation ● Concrete substrate where the membranes are to be applied should be free from voids, dirt, grease, loose or coarse aggregates, and sharp protrusions. ● New concrete shall be water cured, wood float finished, and be a minimum of 21 days old. 2. PRIMER ● Porous substrate such as concrete or brick sold then be treated with Dr. Fixit Feltfic-S at coverage rate of 1 kg./m2 depending on porosity and allow to dry before application. Metal surfaces do not required any priming. 

Fixit Triflex Metal Primer is single-component quickly re-coatable metal primer with a high-grade alkyd  resin base. Areas of Application Dr. Fixit Triflex Metal Primer is used as a primer on various metals and rusty substrates prior to application of  Dr. Fixit Triflex range of PMMA products. Features & Benefits }Fast-drying }Rust-inhibiting }Low viscosity } Lead- and chromate-free Method of Application } Dr. Fixit Triflex Metal Primer can be applied at substrate and ambient temperatures between +5 °C and +35 °C. The relative humidity must not exceed 85%. Preparation of the substrate } The substrate must be dry and free of loose particles, grease and oil. For best adhesion results, remove rust, rust scale, mill scale and unstable old coatings. Where blasting is impractical, loose rust, rust scale and old paint layers should be removed with a scraper or wire brush. Stable old coatings should be roughened for better adhesion. Adhesion with stable old coatings must be tested on a case-by-case basis. During application, the surface temperature must be at least 3 °C above dew point. Below that, a separating film of moisture can form on the surface

WATERGUARD A must be used in conjunction with WATERGUARD T or WATERGUARD WM(F) where water under hydrostatic pressure exists. STANDARD COMPLIANCE WATRGUARD A complies to BS 6920 (Section 4.2.8 immersion test ASTM C 307. USES WATERGUARD A is used to all structures that are required to be waterproofed and protected against the ingress of moisture like Basements, Water tanks, Swimming Pools, Retaining Walls, Bridge Walls, Roof, Terrace & balconies, Lift Shafts, Reservoirs, Dams, Dock gates etc. WATERGUARD A provides a tough and durable coating and it cannot be easily damaged or worn out. PROPERTIES Physical appearance : liquid: white powder: grey mixture: cement grey Mixed density : Pot life : 40 min @ 25°C 20 min @ 35°C Application temperature : 10°C to 40°C Toxicity : Non -toxic Adhesion strength : > 1N/mm² Tensile strength : ~ 5.0 N/mm² after 14 days (as per ASTM D 2370) Elongation at break : 8-10% (With 2 coats of WATERGUARD A + WATERGUARD GRS) APPLICATION Surface Preparation : All leaks and water jets must be stopped using FAIRMATE WATERPLUG plugging compound. (Refer relevant Data Sheet). Substrate must be sound, clean and free from loose particles or laitances or contamination and preferably be wire brushed. Cracks if present shall be sealed/repaired with CRACKSEAL. Stirring should be done during application. Mixing : WATERGUARD A should preferably be mixed mechanically by using an electrical drill with paddle attachment. Pour the liquid polymer in the container first and add powder slowly while mixing continuously until an even homogeneous mix is obtained. Application : The prepared surface must be thoroughly wetted with water for absorption and excess water to be removed. WATERGUARD A must be applied in 2-3 uniform coats. Mixed WATERGUARD A will remain brushable for 20 minutes @35ºC. Apply second or subsequent coats after previous coat has dried. Mixing in small quantities is recommended. For moderate & heavy load areas minimum 2mm thickness coating is recommended. Cleaning :All tools must be cleaned with water immediately after use. Hardened material should be removed mechanically. Curing: After application it is essential to cure WATERGUARD A applied surface for minimum of 3-5 days for full cure and minimize cracking. PACKING & COVERAGE Packing Coverage 18kg powder + 10 ltr. liquid 16.5m² to 25m² 9kg powder + 5 ltr. liquid 8.25m² to 12.5m² 0.81kg powder + 0.45 ltr. liquid 0.75m² to 1.15m² Two or three coats are recommended.

Designed for the anchoring of steel bars and bolts into concrete, machinery and brickwork where speed of installation and early load bearing capacity is required. Chemical resistance : The cured ANCHORGROUT is resistant to salt water, petrol, oil, grease and most acids, alkalis and solvents. TEMPERATURE RANGE In Application : 0 ºC to 40 ºC In Service : -20 ºC to 60 ºC. Chemical resistance-cured ANCHORGROUT is resistant to water, oils, petrol greases and mild acids and alkali solutions. ANCHOR DESIGN ANCHORGROUT permits the production of anchors capable of high loadings. The ultimate load will be governed by the following factors : < Strength of substrate < Length of bond < Dimensions and type of bar < Hole drilling and preparation. APPLICATION Preparation : Hole should be formed using rotary percussive drilling techniques. Diamond drilled holes should be scrabbled or undreamed. Pre-cast holes should have roughened sides. All dust and drilling debris should be removed. Bars and bolts should be degreased and all rust should be removed. Mixing : ANCHORGROUT is supplied in preweighted two packs. The content of plastic bag should be emptied in metal container, mixed thoroughly to form a smooth paste. Once mixed two component use it in one operation. It helps the curing process by preventing evaporation and helps to attain strength and durability. Used for large concrete surface areas such as floors, screeds, granolithic topping, sloped slabs, vertical structures and plastered surfaces. DESCRIPTION FAIRCURE WC is supplied as a white pigmented, nonstaining, non toxic aqueous solution which when applied to fresh concrete surfaces, reacts with free lime and seals the pores, thus reducing the evaporation of water from the mix which assists curing process and increasing durability. Applied surfaces can be easily identified due to white pigment. Only single coat is sufficient for complete curing process eliminating the water curing. FAIRCURE WC works on impregnation technology so after application need not to remove the same . After 24 hours of drying ,the surface can be paintable, can do cement/gypsum plaster on the surface where FAIRCURE WC applied. PROPERTIES Specific Gravity : 1.100 ± 0.005 Moisture Loss : < 0.55 kg/m² ( As per ASTM C 156) Reflectance : > 60% ( As per ASTM E 1347) APPLICATION Surface Preparation: n FAIRCURE WC should be applied as quickly as possible on fresh concrete. n Do not apply if bleeding water is present on surface. n Application should begin as soon as the concrete is free from surface water. Application: FAIRCURE WC should be stir before use to ensure dispersion of settled material. Apply in a continuous film using a high volume low pressure spray. At the time of spraying, nozzle of spray should be held approximately 450 mm from the concrete surface and should be sprayed evenly on the concrete surface. After spraying, no further application of water or other material is necessary to ensure further curing. When used as a curing aid, apply to edges after forms are removed under the conditions of excessive heat or drying wind, polythene, sheet may be used to cover the surface after application of FAIRCURE WC. SPECIAL NOTES n Do not dilute FAIRCURE WC n Do not use sprayers, which have been used to spray silicones or release agents n When applying, leave no dry spots in order to have homogenous performance. Touch up where necessary. n Applications under high-humidity conditions may produce a slippery film. This may be removed with clean water and a stiff-bristled broom. n Protect metal, glass, wood, paint and brick from contact with FAIRCURE WC. If FAIRCURE WC is accidentally applied to these surfaces, wash with clean water within 30 minutes. PACKING & COVERAGE FAIRCURE WC is supplied in 1, 10, 50, 100, 200 litres carboys. FAIRCURE WC will cover an area of 5 to 6 m² per litre with specified single coat. SHELF LIFE & STORAGE will have a shelf life of 12 months in unopened containers when kept in dry conditions at a temperature between 5ºC to 35ºC.Material must be kept under shaded area and away from direct sunlight. Storage at higher temperature or high humidity may reduce shelf life. HEALTH & SAFETY FAIRCURE WC is alkaline, non-toxic. Surface Preparation : All surfaces must be sound and thoroughly cleaned before FAIRFIX TA STD is applied. All traces of greases or oil must be removed with FM Degreaser. All loose particles of mortar and points must be physically removed. Surfaces : FAIRFIX TA STD can be applied directly on concrete, cement screeds, cement, lime mortars and existing tiles. Mixing : FAIRFIX TA STD should be mixed with water in the ratio of 3:1 by volume. Water can be reduced or increased slightly to increase required consistency. A slow speed drill fitted with a suitable mixing paddle is recommended. Hand mixing may be allowed if drill/paddle is not available.

DESCRIPTION CEMSCREED HM (F) is supplied as a ready-to-use, blend of dry powders which requires only site addition of water to produce a free flowing, non-shrink repair micro concrete. The materials is based on Portland cement, graded aggregates, fillers and additives which impart controlled expansion characteristics in the plastic stage while minimising water demand. The low water requirement ensures high early strength and long-term durability. For larger repairs, mixed CEMSCREED HM (F) can be modified by the addition of 12 mm clean, graded, saturated, surface dry aggregates at site. PROPERTIES Expansion (unrestrained) : 0.8 - 1.5% by volume Fresh wet density : 2200 kg/m³ The following test results were obtained at different water/powder ratio. APPLICATION Surface Preparation : The unrestrained surface of the repair should be kept to a minimum. Defective concrete surface should be cut back to a sound base. Smooth surface should be mechanically roughed. Corroded reinforcement should be exposed around its full circumference and remove all loose scale and corrosion deposits. Application : Apply one coat of SAFECORE R to the exposed reinforcement. If any discontinuity in the applied film is noticed, one more coat has to be applied. The concrete substrates should be saturated with water, prior to immediate placing. Free water should be removed priming the substrate using FAIRBOND EP, a slow setting epoxy bonding aid, should be applied on dry substrate. Formwork : Formwork should be leak-proof when subjected to hydraulic pressure imposed by the micro concrete. Provision should be made for air vents to prevent air entrapment, drainage outlets for presoaking. Formwork should be coated with SETRELEASE, mould releasing agent prior to fixing. Mixing And Placing : Care should be taken to ensure that CEMSCREED HM (F) is thoroughly mixed in suitably sized drum with a torque (400-500 RPM) rotary drill fitted with a mixing paddle. The addition of graded aggregate where specified should be added after the water and CEMSCREED HM (F) should beproperly mixed. Placing : The mixed material should be placed immediately. If placed by pump, standard concrete pumping should be followed. Curing : Curing should start within 2 hours and minimum curing time should be same as that for concrete (7 days) as a cementitious material. Low Temperature : In cold conditions down to 15 ºC, the use of warm water (up to 30 ºC) is advisable to accelerate strength development.
